3. Processors and third parties

We use the following service providers ("processors") to run the Site. Each processes data only on our instructions under a data-processing agreement:

  • Stripe — payment processing and checkout (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. / Stripe, Inc.).
  • Supabase — database that stores your purchase and any lower-price request (Supabase, Inc.).
  • Resend — sends your delivery email and our transactional messages (Resend, Inc.).
  • Vercel — website hosting, server logs, and cookieless Web Analytics (Vercel, Inc.).

4. International transfers

Some processors are based in, or may process data in, the United States. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or an applicable adequacy decision (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

5. Cookies

The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless. When you proceed to payment, Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout domain that are strictly necessary for processing the payment and preventing fraud.

6. How long we keep data

Purchase and invoice records are retained for as long as required by German commercial and tax law (generally up to 10 years). Lower-price requests and support correspondence are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
  • have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
  • have your data erased, where legal retention duties don't apply (Art. 17);
  • restrict or object to processing (Art. 18, 21);
  • receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20);
  • withdraw any consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these, email support@myaioperatingsystem.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. The current version always lives at this URL, with the version date shown at the top.
