End-User License Agreement

Version 1.0 · 2026 · AI-OS by Tim Siegelkow (sole proprietor, Germany)

In plain words: the AI-OS is yours to use and customize forever, for yourself and your own business. You just can't resell or redistribute it. Updates for 12 months, 14-day money-back, and it runs on your own Claude subscription. The full terms follow.

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you", "Licensee") and Tim Siegelkow, sole proprietor, Germany ("Licensor", "we", "us"), governing your use of the AI-OS template and all materials included with it — the folder structure, kernel and configuration files, documentation, skills, frameworks, recipes, and templates (together, the "Product").

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Product and request a refund under Section 6.

1. License grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product for your own personal and business purposes, on devices and accounts you control. You may:

  • use the Product to run your own life and your own business;
  • modify, extend, and customize the Product freely for your own use;
  • keep your copy forever, including any updates you receive during the update period (Section 5).

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, publish, or otherwise make the Product — or any substantial part of it — available to any third party, whether for free or for a fee;
  • use the Product, in whole or in substantial part, to build or distribute a competing product, template, or course;
  • share your download, license, or account access with anyone outside your own household or business;
  • remove or obscure any copyright, license, or attribution notices included with the Product.

Work you create with the Product — your own context, data, customizations, and outputs — belongs to you and is not restricted by this Agreement.

3. Ownership

The Product is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the Product itself remain with the Licensor. This Agreement grants you the rights expressly stated above and no others.

4. Third-party services

The Product is designed to run on your own third-party subscriptions and tools — including a Claude subscription from Anthropic and any other services you choose to connect. Those services are provided by their respective providers, governed by their own terms, and billed to you directly. The Licensor does not provide, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party service, and is not liable for their availability, pricing, changes, or discontinuation.

5. Updates

The Self-serve license includes Product updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. The Done-with-you license additionally includes the sessions and support period described at the time of purchase. Beyond the stated period we are under no obligation to provide further updates, though we may choose to.

6. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, by emailing support@myaioperatingsystem.com. This voluntary money-back guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

7. No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use the Product and for reviewing anything an AI system produces before acting on it.

8. Limitation of liability

The Licensor is liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). For slight negligence, the Licensor is liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on which you may reasonably rely), and such liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. Your mandatory statutory rights, in particular under German consumer-protection law, remain unaffected.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
