You’re one step away from AI‑native.
Stop chatting with AI, start operating with it.
A ready-to-run operating system for your business — powered by Claude, set up in 30 minutes, no code.
mon 07:00
No extra tool needed.
You stop doing the work.
And start directing it.
That's what it means to be AI-native: anything that needs to get done — for any project, at work or in your life — gets done by an AI you steer. You instruct one capable assistant, in plain words, and it does the work in the right place.
AI-OS is that assistant, built around you — your projects, context and tools in one place, so a single sentence becomes finished work.
Who are you?
Pick the closest. See what your AI-OS would run — then watch it happen.
The action is identical. AI‑native is easier — the OS does the remembering, connecting, and filing.
Recent examples of what I did with my AI-OS
(I do everything with it)
I run Identity, Polaris Studios, the backoffice and private life admin out of one folder. This is what a typical week looks like.
3× your productivity
within 7 days.
A chat resets to zero every time you open it. An operating system remembers — so every day of use makes the next one faster.

Setup takes 30 minutes.
No code, and you’re guided the whole way. Install once, type one command, and the OS builds itself around your business.
Download VS Code
Free, official — and install the Claude Code extension. That’s your AI.
Open your AI-OS folder
Open the folder in VS Code. That folder is your business’s new home.
Open your first session
One click — a chat panel right next to your files. Say hi.
Type /onboard
Off you go — the OS interviews you and builds itself around your business.
After onboarding you’re good to go — ~30 minutes, guided, no code.
How it works: the STACK.
Five layers. One folder. Click a layer to see inside.
Skills — workflows that do work your way
“Write a proposal” becomes a skill that does it the way you do it — your structure, your pricing logic, your tone. Your first one is built live during onboarding; after that they grow every week. The template ships with a starter library:
Proposal writer
Call notes → a sendable proposal in your format.
Inbox triage briefing
A morning summary of what actually needs you.
Content pipeline
Posts and newsletters in your voice, not AI filler.
Meeting notes → tasks
Every call becomes owners, deadlines, follow-ups.
Client reporting
Monthly reports assembled from real work done.
Quote & invoice helper
Scope, quote, invoice — from one job description.
Outreach assistant
Personalized outreach drafted from your past wins.
Weekly review
Fridays: what shipped, what stalled, what’s next.
Tools — the OS has hands
Connected to the tools your business already runs on, so it reads what you read and files where you file — plus the wider AI toolbox (research, transcription, image generation) when a job needs it.
…plus research, transcription, and image generation when the job calls for it. Connected via MCP — the open standard for giving AI hands.
Automations — proven work, on schedule
Work you’ve already trusted the OS with can graduate to a schedule — so it’s simply there when you sit down.
An automation must earn its schedule. Nothing runs unattended until it has proven itself with you watching — you promote it, it never promotes itself.
Context — it knows your business
Priorities, offers, clients, how you write — captured once during onboarding, kept current as you work. Every session starts already briefed; you never re-explain who Anna is or what you charge.
Knowledge — the layer that compounds
Every document, decision, and lesson gets filed and stays citable. Ask “what did we decide about pricing in June?” and get the answer with its source — not a shrug. And it remembers how you like to work: the corrections and directions you give — your tone, your formats, your rules — get saved, persisted, and respected next time, so you never re-teach the same preference twice. This is the layer that makes month 3 better than week 1, and the reason the gap between you and a blank-chat user keeps widening.

Fair questions
Do I need to code?+
No. VS Code is just the workshop your OS lives in — you type sentences, not code. Setup is guided, click by click.
What does it cost to run?+
A Claude subscription, roughly €20/month, paid to Anthropic directly — not included and not marked up. That’s the only running cost.
Mac or Windows?+
Both. Everything runs on standard, free tools available on macOS and Windows.
Where does my data live?+
On your machine. The OS is a folder on your computer — your context, notes and work stay local. Nothing is uploaded to us; the only thing that leaves is what you send to Claude, same as any chat.
What if it’s not for me?+
14-day money-back, no questions asked. If the gap doesn’t close, you don’t pay.
How is this different from ChatGPT?+
A chat is a conversation that forgets. An OS is structure that remembers: your context, your tools, your workflows — compounding weekly. Same AI, different machine around it.
